* For every candidate you recommend to us that we successfully place in a new role, we will pay £300 gross (subject to statutory deductions) providing the following criteria have been met:
The person introduced must not already be registered with Daniel Owen Associates.
Payment will only be made following a successful engagement of the candidate with our client, and the successful completion of the probation period for a permanent position, or for a freelance or temporary position a minimum of 300 hours worked for a single or any number of consecutive positions.
The placement, either freelance or permanent, must be made within 12 months of the referral. Daniel Owen retain the right to alter or terminate this offer without any requirement to notify any other parties involved.
